CABINET DISCUSSES DEVELOPMENT OF PBDAC#EGYPT

Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Dr.
Ayman Abu Hadid said that he submitted to the
Prime Minister, Dr. Hazem El-Biblawy a proposal
for development of the Principal Bank for
Development and Agricultural Credit (PBDAC), its
organizational and internal structure and
amendment of regulations governing its work.
He added that the proposal will be discussed by
the Cabinet after Eidul-Adha holidays.
Minister Abu Hadid pointed out that the ministry
aims to provide services and production inputs to
farmers and finance their activities in order to
achieve the objective for which the bank was
established.
The Minister made clear that the ministry aims at
deepening the role of PBDAC in developing the
agricultural sector and support farmers.
