BIHARAMULO District Magistrates' Court has
ordered forfeiture of 110 herds of cattle to the
government, after convicting one Kondo Kuzenza
(43), with an offence of unlawfully grazing
livestock in a National Game Reserve, contrary to
section 18(2) and (4) of the Wildlife Conservation
Act, No. 5 of 2009.
Kondo is being accused to have taken his herd to the Birhalamulo game reserve, and having his herd graze on the land for 2days.
