The chairperson of the Trade Agro-Livestock and Industrial
Association of Huíla (AAPCIL), António de Lemos, stressed
Tuesday in the city of Lubango that the 22nd edition of
Expo/Huíla has overcome expectations due to the business
volume made by national and foreign companies.
Speaking to Angop, to assess the activities developed
during five days, in the largest business fair of the southern
region of the country, the businessman said that comparing
to previous years this edition gathered higher number of
companies, a total of 270 exhibitors.
António de Lemos stressed that the fair recorded a daily
movement of about 2,500 people, including national and
foreign tourists, thus, making over ten thousand visitors.
Despite offering great business opportunities, the
businessman defended the need for higher space to host
Expo/Huíla and meet the demand of interested exhibitors
interested in divulging their products in the event.
