Nigeria hosts agra innovate

African conference, exhibition and training organiser
Afrocet will set-up Agra Innnovate a new Nigerian
exhibition and conference, which will take place at the
Landmark Conference and Exhibition Centre in Lagos 18-20
November this year
Agra Innovate will discuss the sustained reform and
transformation of the Nigerian agricultural sector: the
evolving policy framework, the current banking and lending
environment, the development and application of innovative
technologies, it said.
According to event organisers, the conference will
encourage open dialogue amongst this audience, using
interactive voting results, discussion outcomes and
recording recommendations throughout the event.
“The profound reconstruction and modernisation of Nigerian
agriculture that’s being led by President Goodluck Jonathan
and Dr. Akinwumi A. Adesina, minister of Agriculture and
Rural Development) has rightly gathered respect throughout
Africa and the wider world,” stated David Ross, project
director for Agra Innovate.
“Many international agribusiness organisations are now
establishing or expanding their operations in Nigeria and
partnering with Nigerian businesses to help accelerate
innovation and share in this unfolding success story,” Ross
added.
