According to him, lack of productivity is the major problem inhibiting the socio-economic and political growth of the country. He said the country required productive public sector that would ensure an increased productivity in all government affairs.
Wamakko expressed confidence that "if Nigerians will have the commitment and determination, the country will move forward in all aspects of human endeavour". He said Nigeria, as a nation, had everything to take it to its rightful position as the giant of Africa.
Earlier, Omitiju commended the effort of the state government for putting in place policies and programmes aimed at improving the lots of the people.
He said the course members were in the state on a study tour. He applauded the government for making adequate arrangements to ensure the success of the tour.
